Having a youth wing within each organisation can provide good exposure and experiential learning for our youths. They will then have the belief to continue to serve the organisation. Mentorship and internship opportunities can also develop our youth to contribute

Agreed that youth wing helps. And where possible, I believe additional effort should be made to groom leaders with different backgrounds and experiences so as to avoid groupthink with some level of diversity (and avoid the creation of elitist circles)
